- —Guide purchases: When you purchase a guide, Stripe collects your name, email address, billing address, and payment details on our behalf. We receive your name and email address from Stripe after a successful purchase. We do not store your card details.
- —Membership waitlist: When you join the membership waitlist, we collect your name, email address, and membership tier preference. This is stored securely and used only to notify you when membership opens.
- —Contact enquiries: If you contact us directly, we collect the information you provide in your message.
How we use your information
- —To fulfil your guide purchase and provide access to purchased content
- —To notify you when membership opens, if you have joined the waitlist
- —To respond to your enquiries
- —To send you transactional emails related to your purchase or waitlist registration
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for advertising or marketing purposes beyond direct communications related to your interaction with Lived Impact.
Third-party services

Data retention
Waitlist data is retained until membership launches and you have been notified, or until you request removal. Purchase records are retained for seven years in accordance with Australian tax law. Contact enquiries are retained for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry.
