The Lived Impact Collective

Help shape the Collective

The Lived Impact Collective is being developed as a membership community with three tailored pathways:

  • Advocates, peer workers and lived experience leaders
  • Practitioners working within organisations and systems
  • Organisations, teams and systems leaders

We are asking these questions before membership opens because we want the Collective to be shaped by what people genuinely need, value and can access, rather than assumptions.

This survey asks about:

  • The pathway or pathways that reflect you
  • The content, resources and support you would value
  • How you would like to participate
  • Membership pricing and payment options
  • Accessibility, safety and community expectations
  • How you would prefer to hear about the Collective

The survey takes approximately 10–20 minutes depending on your pathway. People who identify across multiple pathways will see more questions. Most questions are optional. Some questions relate to identity, disability or areas of lived and professional experience. You may skip any question or select "Prefer not to say".

Responses will be analysed together to guide the development, pricing and launch of The Lived Impact Collective. Individual responses will not be publicly identified.

Please do not include names or information that could identify another person in your written responses.

Shifting lived experience from sentiment to system assets.

Lived Impact acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we live and work, and pays respect to Elders past, present, and emerging. We recognise the strength, resilience, and wisdom of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, and acknowledge that sovereignty was never ceded.

Lived Impact is committed to the principles of genuine inclusion, ethical practice, and the belief that those closest to the problem are closest to the solution. Lived experience is not a resource to be extracted - it is leadership to be recognised.

We honour the courage of those who speak, and the quiet strength of those not yet ready. Silence is also a power.
